Must I pay in the capital before registration?
Yes for companies with share capital: it is placed in a blocked account and released once the trade register entry is obtained.
Can I incorporate without being in Cameroon?
Yes, by notarised power of attorney. We send you the template and handle the filing.
What if my company name is refused?
We submit the second proposal at no extra cost — which is why we ask for three.
